How many webstores can I open?

Their is no limit and you can open as many Webstores as you need.

What are the production times?

As a standard, we offer a 3-to-5 business days Service Level Agreement (SLA) from the date orders are passed to us.

A premium SLA of 1-to-3 business days is available for time sensitive Webstores upon approval.

Do you accept supplied inventory?

In some case, we can use customer-supplied inventory but we recommend using our in-house inventory for the following reasons:

• always in stock

• no logistic required

• no inbound shipping cost

• no Receiving & Quality Control fee ($0.25/pc)
• optimized print settings

What decoration method(s) do you use?

The primary decoration method for apparel is Direct-to-Garment (DTG). However, depending on the print location and/or fabric we also use digital heat transfer.

For hard goods, we use digital UV printing, sublimation and heat transfer.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Our secured checkout accepts all major credit cards as well as offer discount codes.

What will be the url of my webstore?

We recommend you to use your own domain, but the store can also be hosted on our end-user friendly domain. Your webstore URL will look like

How do I get invoiced?

Based on volume we invoice weekly or monthly the products fulfilled in the previous billing period.

How are orders packed?

Our standard packaging for apparel is tear & puncture resistant poly mailers. Hard goods are packed in corrugated boxes.

Do you have minimum volume or dollar amount?

No monthly or yearly minimum volume nor dollar amount required with us.

How do I send my orders for fulfillment?

We understand API connection can be overwhelming sometimes. For this reason we've created a very simple way to send your orders for fulfillment.

Just send your orders using our CSV template file to your dedicated bulk upload email address and everything will be automatically added to your print queue for processing and fulfillment.

What is your return policy?

Print-on-Demand products are all custom made especially for you or your customers. As a result, we do not technically offer returns.

However, accidents can happen, and your satisfaction is our top priority. So, if we make a mistake, we are more than happy to reprint and reship the order at our cost.

We will reprint and reship your order if one of the following situations has occurred:

• The placement or size of the printed image is obviously wrong.

• We accidentally printed the wrong image.

• We send you the wrong product (style, size or color).

• If the product is damaged.

• If the product shows any defect that occurred during the printing process.

Who has control of the backend of the webstore?

We provide a basic setup but you will be given full access to product listings, pricing etc.
